Our garden design Services

are fully bespoke to cater to different needs and situations:

  • a design only service

  • a full design and build

  • a full design and build with maintenance advice

it all begins with a chat - give us a call and/or send an email with some photos of the site. Maybe you want a terrace to entertain, a wildlife haven with a pond or somewhere for children to run around. And perhaps you have an inner city courtyard, a town garden or outside space in the countryside that you would like some help with designing.

  • • first visit - an initial consultation on site is a chance for me to listen to your thoughts and aspirations for the space whilst taking in the garden and the environment.

    • a site survey and assessment - if your garden is small, this could be undertaken by us but generally we arrange for this to be done professionally.

    • a concept design - sketch of proposed general layout, hard and soft landscaping areas, mood boards to communicate vision.

    • a masterplan - after mutual agreement on the concept design, a clearly labelled plan with more details on materials and planting. construction drawings can be provided where needed.

    • tendering out to contractors - from getting quotes from industry accredited and reputable contractors to managing the build project up till completion. if required, liaising with planning or local authority.

    • planting/planting plan - once the garden is built, the agreed planting is either planted by us or a planting plan can be provided if undertaken by someone else.

    • aftercare and maintenance - an ongoing maintenance schedule can be provided on the aftercare of the plants to help them establish and thrive.

  • it depends on the size of the garden and the complexity of the site. the specific requirements of the brief will also have an impact on the cost. as an idea, a concept design for a small garden starts at £950, excluding sundries.

  • it is crucial to us that we work with reputable and responsible contractors. the landscapers that we work with are either people we have worked with previously or come highly recommended by friends and colleagues from the industry.
